Program is FULL!  Fill out this form in order to be placed on the waiting list and we will contact you if a spot opens up.

Fill out this registration form in order to receive meals from Amigos.  You must be willing to pick up your meals at the food truck located at the Crown Royal Parking lot on 324 Memphis St from 1:30-3:00pm. No meals provided on Sundays or Mondays.

One meal package has enough to feed four and each household is limited to one package.  Once you register, you will receive an email with the day of the week you will pick up your food (1x per week).  

If the signup list is full, we will place you on a waiting list and may contact you if we have extra food or someone drops off the list.
