The Meacham Park Scholarship
Recipients Will Receive:
$1000 - $2000 paid directly to the student's college

Criteria
Students are eligible to be considered for the scholarship if they meet all of the following criteria:
Students are eligible to be considered for the scholarship if they meet all of the following criteria:
* Applicant must be a graduating, African American, high school senior at Kirkwood High School
* Applicant must be a resident of Kirkwood, MO
* Applicant must have attained a cumulative high school GPA of 2.5 or higher
* Applicant must plan to enroll at a U.S. accredited college or university in the fall of 2026 as a full-time, degree-seeking, first-year student. (includes both 2yr and 4 yr schools)
* Applicant must have demonstrate leadership abilities through participation in school activities, community service, and other extracurricular activities
* Applicant must complete and submit all three required forms:
* Awardees must complete a video interview for the MLK Celebration and attend an in-person MNIA meeting (date TBD) to receive their scholarship.
* Applicant must be a resident of Kirkwood, MO
* Applicant must have attained a cumulative high school GPA of 2.5 or higher
* Applicant must plan to enroll at a U.S. accredited college or university in the fall of 2026 as a full-time, degree-seeking, first-year student. (includes both 2yr and 4 yr schools)
* Applicant must have demonstrate leadership abilities through participation in school activities, community service, and other extracurricular activities
* Applicant must complete and submit all three required forms:
- the student's application
- the student's academic record
- recommendation letter by the stated deadline.
* Awardees must complete a video interview for the MLK Celebration and attend an in-person MNIA meeting (date TBD) to receive their scholarship.
